Shipping & Delivery

Shipping available in all 50 United States via USPS or UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

Please allow 3 business days for payment verification and order processing. It may take up to an additional 7-14 business days for delivery.

Return Policy

All sales final. Black Market Glass does not accept returns for refund. If you are extremely unhappy with our product our Customer Service will do all we can to make you happy. If you receive your order and there is something wrong please contact us within 24-48hrs and please be prepared to provide photo evidence.

Quartz Sizes & Measurements

Black Market Glass is handmade in Oregon and like most handmade things the sizes can vary slightly. All sizes are approximate representations of each style.

Colors

Depending on your monitor there may be slight color variation in the item you receive from the color represented online. Black Market Glass cannot guarantee that the item received will have the exact shade depicted on your screen.
