BMG UV Yellow 24mm Quartz Banger

These beautiful buckets are our second attempt into the colored quartz market, June 2020, and so far has been a delightful medium to work with.  If we were to number each variance that we’ve been through prototyping these material combinations, what is currently available would be version NO.4.  Unlike clear quartz, yellow quartz absorbs all the visible UV radiation from the torch or other heating elements allowing it to heat up faster than clear quartz and slower than red quartz.  Currently, we prefer it for the traditional heat-up and cool to the desired temp. technique but encourage everyone to try all the techs and share what’s best for them 🙂
